Today, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued an en banc 7-4 decision reinstating Correia & Puth client Cathy Harris to her position as member of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), along with Gwynne Wilcox to her position at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).  The decision can be found here.
