Correia & Puth, PLLC is seeking an associate attorney who shares our commitment to civil rights and will complement our collegial firm. Applicants should have 3 to 5 years litigation experience.
At Correia & Puth, we dedicate our law practice to the civil rights of employees in the workplace and students in schools. We represent targets of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, with a particular emphasis on sex, race, and disability discrimination, as well as retaliation, whistleblower, and reasonable accommodations claims. We represent federal and private sector employees, and negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements.
