These priorities include developing more robust strategies to combat retaliation, utilizing litigation and amicus work to develop the law, and using all available tools, particularly for the most vulnerable workers. The report also highlights the Office of the Solicitor's outreach efforts to learn about new developments, disseminate information about the office’s work, and collaborate with the private bar, the EEOC, and the NLRB.
