Correia & Puth's Subhashini Bollini is quoted in a recent Washington Post article about new EEOC guidelines protecting transgender employees. The guidelines declare that the practices of repeatedly misgendering employees and denying them access to a bathroom in line with their gender identity constitute workplace harassment. In the article, Bollini states, “transgender people are employees too, they’re in our workplaces and everybody — transgender people, people of different sexual orientations, people of different races and people of different sexes, are all trying to earn a living.” Read the full article here.
