Sidney Holler is an associate attorney with Correia & Puth, PLLC. Ms. Holler represents private sector clients throughout all aspects of litigation, and federal employees before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). Ms. Holler exclusively advocates for individuals facing unlawful conduct in the workplace, including discrimination and retaliation because of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, race, religion, or other protected categories. Ms. Holler also represents individuals who experience whistleblower reprisal.
Prior to joining Correia & Puth, Ms. Holler was an EEO Specialist and Attorney at the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), where she represented federal employees in discrimination and retaliation cases, providing counsel and representation in administrative processes, mediations, and in administrative court at the EEOC. Ms. Holler also presented frequent trainings on equal employment opportunity topics to union locals and members. Prior to AFGE, Ms. Holler served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Parker of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
In May 2023, Ms. Holler graduated with high distinction and Order of the Coif from The University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Holler served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. She also worked as a legal writing tutor for two years at Iowa Law’s Writing and Academic Success Center and was a member of the DEI Committee all three years. During law school, Ms. Holler interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Women’s Law Center. She is proficient in French and volunteered at the New Iowan’s Legal Advice Clinic as a French interpreter. Ms. Holler received her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from DePauw University.
Ms. Holler is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. and Iowa.
