Public Justice is honoring Correia & Puth Partner Linda Correia with its 2025 Champion of Justice Award, to be presented at its Annual Gala and Awards Dinner on July 21, 2025. Public Justice, a nonprofit legal advocacy organization renowned for its work advancing civil rights, described Ms. Correia as “a legal powerhouse with a deep history of service to Public Justice and the broader community.” It highlighted Ms. Correia’s representation of federal government employees affected by actions of the Trump administration, her advocacy in Title IX and LGBTQ+ discrimination suits, and her work as Chair of Public Justice’s Students’ Civil Rights Task Force. Each year, Public Justice presents the Champion of Justice Award to someone "whose body of work has demonstrated devotion to human and civil rights and the pursuit of justice.” Ms. Correia is honored to have been selected to stand among the other great human and civil rights leaders who have been recognized by this award.
