Associate Attorney

Correia & Puth is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 1-3 years’ litigation experience for our busy plaintiff-side employment practice. Successful applicants will have superior writing and advocacy skills, and a demonstrated commitment to civil rights and the rights of employees. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Correia & Puth dedicates its law practice to the civil rights of employees in the workplace and other civil rights matters. We represent targets of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in both private and public sectors. We litigate claims in court.  We also negotiate on behalf of employees, including employment contracts and severance agreements, and advocate on behalf of whistleblowers.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 a year, depending on experience. Benefits include 100% paid health insurance, available dental & vision insurance, retirement benefits, and ample paid leave.

Fall 2026 Law Clerk

Correia & Puth, a plaintiff's employment law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a fall 2026 law clerk to start early August 2026, who shares our commitment to employee rights and who will complement our collegial firm. Position is hybrid in-person and remote work.

We dedicate our law practice to the civil rights of employees in the workplace and other civil rights matters. We represent targets of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, with a particular emphasis on sex, race, and sexual orientation discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, reasonable accommodations, and disability discrimination. We also counsel employees, and negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements.

Law clerks are primarily responsible for conducting intake interviews with potential clients, in addition to assisting the firm in all areas of its work, including research, writing, and litigation tasks.
