Spring 2026 Law Clerk

Correia & Puth, PLLC, a plaintiff's employment law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a spring 2026 law clerk to start early February 2026, who shares our commitment to employee rights and who will complement our collegial firm. Position is hybrid in-person and remote work, and will work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (24-26 hours per week).

We dedicate our law practice to the civil rights of employees in the workplace and students in schools. We represent targets of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, with a particular emphasis on sex, race, and sexual orientation discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, reasonable accommodations, and disability discrimination. We also counsel employees, and negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements.

Law clerks are primarily responsible for conducting intake interviews with potential clients, in addition to assisting the firm in all areas of its work, including research, writing, and litigation tasks.
