Maggie Neely

Maggie Neely is an associate attorney with Correia & Puth, PLLC. Ms. Neely is dedicated to advocating for the rights of workers and represents private and public sector employees in all aspects of the firm’s employment litigation practice.

Before joining Correia & Puth, Ms. Neely clerked for the Honorable Ajmel A. Quereshi on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and served as a legal fellow and staff attorney at the Women’s Law Project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At the Women’s Law Project, Ms. Neely counseled and represented individuals facing sex discrimination in education and the workplace, represented minors seeking judicial bypass, and supported the launch of an early-intervention legal assistance program for pregnant and lactating workers and students.

Ms. Neely received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Executive Editor on the Harvard Law Review. She also participated in the Employment Law Clinic, through which she externed at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Health Law and Policy Clinic. During law school, Ms. Neely also interned with the ACLU Women’s Rights Project and the Victim Rights Law Center. Ms. Neely received her BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University and an MA in Political Economy from Boston University. Ms. Neely is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
