Kelsey Speyer is an associate attorney with Correia & Puth, PLLC. Ms. Speyer represents and provides comprehensive legal services to clients throughout all aspects of litigation. Ms. Speyer exclusively advocates for individuals facing unlawful conduct in their workplace, including discrimination and retaliation because of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, race, or whistleblower activities.

Prior to Correia & Puth, Ms. Speyer was an associate at Bernabei & Kabat, PLLC, where she represented employees in numerous discrimination and retaliation cases, providing counsel and representation in informal negotiations, mediations, administrative processes, and court.

In May 2022, Ms. Speyer graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, she served as a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy. Ms. Speyer also volunteered and interned for several civil rights organizations, including the Washington Lawyers' Committee Workers' Rights Clinic, the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, and the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection. In her final year at Georgetown, Ms. Speyer was a student attorney for the Georgetown University Civil Rights Clinic, where she represented an appellant in oral argument before the D.C. Circuit.

Ms. Speyer is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
